  • Before we commence manufacture of your sensational new Bella doors and wall panels, we request that you complete a final check of your measurements. The adage of measure twice and cut once is so important.
  • If you are unsure of any element of your design or measurement, please call us and we can offer our advice and guidance.
  • Our pricing policy for manufacture and supply of wardrobe doors and wall panels is
    • 50% deposit on placement of order
    • 50% payment on delivery/pick up
    • Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom build of materials, fixtures and fittings.

Yes, if you’re in the cabinet making industry, builder, carpenter or subtractor to a maintenance company then you are entitled to a trade discount, you must have a valid ABN. Please contact us directly for more information.

  • Payment is required upon pick-up.
  • Please allow at least 2 hours.
  • You can pick up your products, from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.
  • We will hold your order for 5 business days. Please pick up your products within this time or contact us to confirm a pick-up date.
  • If the order remains longer than 5 business days without any notice from you, we will automatically CANCEL your order. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Your delivery fees would be calculated on the distance delivery point as well as relevant branch such as the volume and the dimensions.
  • Standard delivery fee in Metropolitan area would be $15.00.
  • The amount of delivery fee would be noticed with an order confirmation email sent to you. We make sure that all deliveries are confirmed by you.
  • You may be re-charged the delivery fee if you are not present at the time of delivery.
  • We would take factors such as weight, dimension, distance and cost into consideration to make sure the delivery reliably and efficiently reaching the destination.
